A twin-rail carriage with an exposed screw spindle.
A compact linear-stage study with two guide rods, a bored carriage block, end supports, an illustrative helical spindle, and a handwheel. Four mounting holes pass through the base. The pose is fixed; the screw profile, fits, travel, and load capacity have not been engineered or tested.
